I've never heard of these guys before. According to the way back machine they were around in 2011 but the interface looks slightly different, then they disappeared in the beginning of 2012 only to pop back up again about 6 weeks ago.

They do have some presence on Google so a handful of people must be using them somewhere....

I believe they are related to muchshare.net, if MS aren't paying - then royalvids won't either.
