Hi,

I just made a fresh account in Paypal but when I added bank account so my account got limited and reason I found :- Add Pan Card + Verification.

I had added Pan card but still my account is limited.
I had talk to Paypal support they said Its new rule of RBI and we had updated our rules on 26 Aug 2011. It take 72hrs to verify your pan card.

Now the problem is that :- 72hrs already over but limitation still in my account.. So What I do now in this case?

Its only me who's got this issue?

I think for India paypal rules are different :/ best solution is to beat theirs support team :/ anyway maybe they got delays for verification.... anyway paypal is crap but we dont have much to choose from...
 
Waiting for email is not the solution..

If u want to remove limit from paypal

then make a direct call to paypal and resolve the matter in a 5 min :)

As a same way i wait about one month with paypal to get ride from Paypal limit.

PAN card verification does not increase your limit. Just Add Your Bank Account. Then Wait 1 or 2 weeks your limit will increase.

But You Still can't send money from your paypal account just with credit card but you still receive money
 
They Take nearly 2 weeks to verify my pan card.

you can call directly to paypal.

( its free using skype :):)). they are lazy to verify accounts:P
 
I verified account by bank account and adding Purpose code. PAN code is also added the same day, but its still not verified. This is the reply i got from them

this time, we're just waiting to get your PAN card confirmed in the
system. As soon as that's done, I assure you that we can go ahead and
restore your account access. We don't have the exact timeframe as to
when the PAN verification will be verified but don't worry, I'll make
sure to coordinate with our account specialist to check if we they can
expedite the process for you. It usually takes 24-72 hours or sometimes
longer depending on the volume of accounts that needed verification.

We would be getting back to you shortly via email for updates on your
account status.

Its almost 3 days, and i'm still waiting for being verified :(
