Whitehat Need Help - How To Rewrite Dynamic URL To Static URL

I have working on my friend website name Hardwarebajaar.com, Its a dynamic website build in Php. Now I want to change the URL of all pages and put there product name, so that my keywords or products are more searchable. Is this possible?

My other friend told me that static page is friendlier then dynamic pages and the other thing dynamic pages does not contain keywords.

Please suggest me how to change URL of this website, I am very thankful to you.
