Hello ! i'm looking to buy a Dedicated server or VPS located in France , with Dedicated IP

all what i want is a fresh IP & a fresh server which hasen't been used in the past by any user !

I guess you have no idea on the depletion of IPv4 pools have you ?

You wont find virgin girls nowadays, let alone an IP :P

On a serious note, if i am not wrong you need it for mailing purposes. France is a bad place to look because of the govt grants to ISP they provide cheap servers and they are abused as hell.
Go with a standard provider who owns his own IP Range and has good reputation.
