Need CMS or a Website

Hey guys!

I have been working hard on my website : www.whitec0de.com

Theme of this website has been changed over 3 times!

1. It was paper system (made from scratch)
2. It was QnA system (made from scratch)
3. It was search engine (made from scratch - curl to google)

finally, it is blank :'(

I got to know where I lacked. Time, Dedication and No teamwork.

Now, I have appointed 2 admins and 3 mods to handle the website. I tried to go for darkc0de-like theme but, darkc0de is off at the moment!

Can anyone suggest what can be done on the website, except forum board?

Theme of whitec0de is security and analysis NOT warez and 0-days

I already have WC | CEH

White C0de Certified Ethical hacking courses!!!

But, I want website to not have basic info about events and all crap, I want to publish papers!!!
I already have 15+ UNIQUE papers on web security, national cyber wars, etc

I want to know suggestions about how the website should look like, I liked darkc0de but, unfortunately, it is down coz of DDOS (maybe)!
