You won't find a VPS with 5TB b/w. Heck, just getting a good dedicated in China with 5TB is hard enough.

i would say get in touch with some reliable dedicated host based in US and got servers in china to get good support

Or more like, 5TB

On a VPS, that's rare. and NOT cheap (provided the host is genuine)

That's not bad, but what about its speed? Last time I tried test file of some Chinese host it felt like a dialup.
