Need a vpn

Hey guys.

I discussed this matter before and then someone suggested using hotspotshield.

It's not bad but I just need a vpn.

All I will use it for is browsing only ( no downloads - no uploads - just browsing ).

So I need the cheapest thing that I can use.

Plz guys suggest me something as I really don't know anything about vpns.

Well hidemyass is good but that's not what i'm looking for.

I want to browse normally as fast as I do on my pc but in the vpn my privacy will be protected

As I said I never used a vpn so is it possible to browse on it as fast as my pc or it will be very slow like browsing from a RDP

But did you try the dedicated ip ?

I don't want to my vpn ip to be marked as ( many proxy servers detected ) when i search for my ip.

Will the dedicated ip guarntee me that ?
