What is your budget since you're trying to look for an UNMETERED 1Gbps Port in Asia?
You should have at least a budget of $X,XXX before you start asking for an Asian Host with that kind of BW allowance. If you don't then think again on what you really need it for and etc. Bandwidth cost is not cheap in Asia so don't start throwing around numbers which is going to cost a BOMB.
