Alrighty, firstly if your new to designing forums and suck, please don't bother I'm not looking for time wasters to waste either my time or yours.

I'd like a light, simplistic design that makes people go "Wow..." when they see it. I'd like it properly done, also coded.

I'm only looking for professional designers with reputation here on WJunction, please don't even attempt to rip me of, I know how much a good skin goes there, and I know what is premade shit that you've edited and tried to sell me

Elio is good but he doesn't code the designs so be ready to spend extra money on that. I also dunno if he's doing any GFX work anymore because of his CPA stuff, but you'd have to ask him directly :P Him and Flash are the best GFXers on here in my opinion.

I've yet to find someone who can design and code a vb 4 skin
