They should let you have access as you have paid and you have done everything they've asked for.

Phone them up and see what the hold up is.

Damn...I haven't been with namecheap as I don't have any domains but my friend as been with them for over a year now and had no problems.

Anyway hope you get back your stuff!
 
hey acid i know someoen from the support team give me some info il try and get it unlocked as it happended to me before aswell someone pushed a porn site and they were balming me of hacking his account buying the domain and pushing it to myself lol it was a fucking info domain took me 1 month to get it unlocked but i made friends with one of the support team and she unlocked it
 
I wanted it to talk to their super visor but the bitch said no.
2nd of all they unlocked my account time to move the domains over somewhere else.
Recommend a domain company.
 
I would do anything to get my account unlocked but I would never pay 210$, you need to speak to the ''higher ups'' or annoy them until they reply or take some kind of action. 210$ to unlock an account is outrageous, they hire people who can't speak good english. Anyways, now you've learnt your lesson.
 
Hey I have 6 domains with name cheap never had a problem :O i never new they do stupid things like this, I hope yu get yur money back man if they dont remove limitations you shold just fully charge them back for all domains.
 
I would use GoDaddy they have ALL of my 200 domains. Never have had a problem with them. I just pay all my invoices on time and nothing goes wrong. They have good support when you need it and some good discounts.
