MyBB vs SMF or other

Anyone could help me decide with what free forum software to go ?

I was thinking SMF but i dont know..

The forums will be about tutorials!

PHPBB I'd go for instead of SMF or MyBB. They had planned to release PHPBB 3.1 before the new year however it will probably be early next year (the latest 3.0.8 was a security release).

That will make it easier to install mods and change skins which is currently a problem with PHPBB. Even with this issue currently I still think it's better than SMF and MyBB because of the amount of support and mods available. As for skins you'll probably get nicer SMF and MyBB skins as far as free ones go but if you get a good designer you can get great PHPBB skins.

if you dont want a forum full of autoposter users and 3 views per topic go for mybb or SMF XD

smf imo, is the easiest to use..
mods and themes are installed in less than 10 seconds
