I have already written before

- Add post footer
- Add post url
- Akismet
- SEO ultimate
- WP super cache
- WP minify
- Sexy bookmarks

tried to delete Cache plugin but still same

Disable all your plugins and see if the load is normal. If it is, enable them one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Ok i have disabled all plugins , load time for my homepage is increaesd now and it lowered the CPU usage but not that much its still 19% when first index page is accessed :/

Now when i refresh my site and check in process this shows me in my WHM

Its a Quad core setup , doesnt have to do with VPS specs

deactivate all wp plugin, if that doesn't fix the problem, then your vps setting is the problem.

have you updated to a new wordpress or made code edits?

whats your vps spec? i mean you said quad core, but still how much cpu is allotted to your vps? how many cores? openvz? xen? hvm? kvm?

did u optimized you apache? also php.ini

your vps managed or unmnaged? where did you buy it? whats vps spec?

His server is from motionite as far as i know and they use Xeon processors.

Specs are fine it have 2 core CPU 512mb ram xenon cpu
the problems lies in the index.php or i dont know what , when site is loaded it takes about 60% or more
disabled all plugins but still same

if you sure there is nothing wrong with plugin then try changing your theme. Or update your wordpress to the latest version. If it doesnt help, backup database and files, delete wordpress installation. Install latest wp version and restore the database. if it doesnt help then hire someone to fix it. No idea whats the problem.

have updated to latest WP a while ago , and changed the theme too nothing changed still the same :/

i need some coder to help me its a paid job now
