You have a right to resell the product. The one you purchased, which is physical object. DVD or bluray. You cannot resell video, play it in public, or charge membership on your website to people, to watch the video you purchased. Not even aaaanime has that right, and certainly can't grant it that. If you would have that license, they would be out of business after selling a single copy of anything they produce. They might as well offer it for free.

So, with that in mind, your website cannot be advertised here, because it's less legal than warez website.

So if any staff member is in doubt, they can contact me regarding this.

And I don't think that sneaky way going around me will work.

With do respect - Play in Public and Charge Membership = IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT 2 THINGS.

According to the US Law - You can't share things in public which has cost. But you do charge for it.

As example - I join a cooking class and I'm paying 100$ per month. After 2 months the agency said - Yes I can cook. or certified me as a cook.

Crime - If I share my cooking experience or videos or tutorial on net for free. Or anything which distributed the free access of my knowledge or related in public.

Not A Crime - If I opened a agency and teach cooking for money.

In here.. I charge money for legal items which I already has. If my client like to buy Blu-ray or DVD.. Fine.. Buy from me.

Second -

I couldn't find any rule against "advertising paid-to-view warez website" - you sent me> http://www.wjunction.com/2-news-announcements/announcements.htm

and also - SOL - This is WJ and I can show 100s of sites who running a real warez forums and asked for donation or money for VIP Members area access.

and I required money only for the server charges - my items still FREE. 2nd I also offer FREE downloads.

And also I already sent the PM to you before post here - yesterday. And I saw you have time to comments on thread but don't have time to reply my PM. - IT's OK man.. I can understand..

But you also have to understand I'm here who following the rules of WJ. I required help not hate. :)


NOTE#
I already offered "cvrle77" for premium membership access and he can check my items are not borrowed from any warez site.
But well, as he is not a Admin now. So I offer 2 of Admins of WJ Free Premium member on my site forever (as long they are admin here)
and 2 Mods and 2 Super Mods also get One Year full membership on my site (as long they are mod/smods here)

If I said anything rude. I like to do apolozise for that in advansed.
