You people could have sold acs for 1$ & earned something atleast :P But u ppl need more than 3*. Thats the problem

If you had seen my post, you could have known that if you had contacted RS by email, they could convert 10,000 free points into 600 rapids ....

Don't you think RS is taking advantage of its monopoly now???????? All the rules and system is like a rocket science now. You should be a genius to get all the rules and time limits and point system. It is not simple anymore.
 
They said they were going to take our points on 6th July - they didn't say they were going to also take our pre-paid time!
I had 6 months left yesterday, today I have 29 days 1 hour & 51 minutes left!
Rip off merchants!

m8 also check ur rapids .. now u can extend them with ur rapids ....
 
To whoever forgot to convert their rapidpoints: just send them a short email saying that you were not aware of the changes and you want to convert your previous rapidpoints into rapids, I'm sure they will do it for you. Just make sure you are clear about what you want them to do, and don't be rude otherwise they'll just say no.
 
Prepaid time? Please explain. The initial new system didn't have a time period.

For my old premium account I was compensated in rapids ... actually it was almost to expire and after the compensation I could still use it for many more weeks.
 
SJshah I already mailed them mate, but they keep sending the same message "we believe your inquiry is related to our new package system...bla...bla..." :) What should I do now? I have only 100 rapids available and no premium megaupload nor fileserve....
