my paypal is limited today

hi friend i am from pakistan . i verified paypal from my payoneer account . today some reason my paypal is Limited and its asked me some verification like address , identy to remove the limit. but i am not able to give them because in pakistan have no paypal and i verified from payoneer any help how to remove it.

well that seems to be the reason since you open your account with USAvpn

try to open your account again with pakistan IP

I do believe that this won't work, since the account is blocked. I had a problem very much alike. I've registered my personal paypal account with my home ip address. Then, when I logged in on my work internet I got my account limited. I didn't understand why at first, but then I realized that the IP address from which I was connected to the internet was from the main headquarters of the company and therefore out of my country. I had to contact them to unlock the account.

The problem is that you don't have Paypal in pakistan...
