My Ol Friend past away today.

My dog of 4 years today past away, she was a big big part of our family, and the only picture I have of my kids and my fiance with diamon is very blurry and it was in the dark.

I have tried my best to make it better but i cant get a good picture out of it.

Can someone please help me out. I would pay to have the picture sharpened up and made better quality if thats even possible.
