My MYBB Forum Is Having A Major Caching Problem Need Help

My mybb forum is having a major caching problems I make a few post or threads and to get them show up on the forum I have to clear cache. I have talked to a friend he said he thinks it is a problem with my host so I sent my host a support ticket about this but my host said there is no problem on there end I not sure if I believe that. I have no idea what the problem it is just really annoying that I have to clear my cache every so often when I am making new post and threads can anybody help track down this problem if you can help hit me up Skype DJboutit.

Have you tried using the rebuild cache function yet?

and both the converter cleanup and saving the forums forces a cache rebuild too.

I don't know which ver mybb you have but it should be something like this

Go to ACP> Tools & Maintenance > Cache Manager > Forums > Rebuild Cache

Also try clearing your pc browsers history, and close the browser then re-open the browser and try checking if it works.
The problem also might not be with your MyBB Forum either....it could be with your computer.

Its your webhost caching with Varnish & Xcache.
