Well if it's your first attempt, it looks okay for a start. but needs some work.
black on black is a no-no!
also logo is a bit dark too, brighten up the blue a bit.

possibly make the things with rounded corners, instead of square edges.

other than that, as I said for a first attempt it looks decent

I dont think black black fits well on a hosting site,
and use SLIDE tags for your image

hmm its a start lol, try to make lighter templates, they are harder to make but just a bit popular and professional.
