My home ip got banned

Hello,
on my home connection, I can not surf to wjuction like used to be, I am from Indonesia, I used 2 ip public since I on load balance connection.

does because I used 2 ip, both of my ip got banned?

currently I tunneling to my server at state, to make this post.

I can provide my ip if needed to unblock my ip, since I know it's against the rules to use tunneling to this site.
but I forced to do this, since my ip got banned.

btw any reasons why my ip got banned?

are you sure your isp is not blocking wj ?

Did you checked with your friends who are using the same isp ?

I think my isp didn't block wj, since my friend using same isp, had no problems with wj
