I MADE ONE LOGO FOR MY SITE . Please tell how it is

Theres a basis for a good logo design there, but when it comes to logos (web especially), you need to remember that less is more. I reckon you should go easy on the filters/layer styles and keep it sweet and simple. just my 2 cents

looks bad.... You Have to Do More Work on it to make it better

good for the 1st try. Try removing the stroke from the arrows and it should be far better then..

honest review from me,
the lines look rough
and the font look like too "kids" for me
not a tech one.
