its free , language is in russiian im converted it into english and added some main page customizations

it's not free, lifetime licence costs 156$ if I'm not mistaken...
and as you have nulled dle, you surely didnt translated it yourself =) give some credits to the guys who did it, in your case: "Translated by DLEVIET"

Translated by DLEVIET : they r DLE crackers :P , and they only get credit for the DLE 9. Template is not their part!
