My account was banned for no reason

My account phantasy was banned for 'spam' even though I didn't spam anything. I did not want to make a new account but the contact form kept giving me an error

Please can someone give me a reason as to why I was banned

I just realised I may have been banned because I did not provide my business plan before creating my file host affiliate post. I am very sorry about this, I should have read the rules more thoroughly. Would it be possible if the account could kindly be unbanned, and I will remove the post and provide the business plan. This means a lot to me I would really appreciate it. Thanks
