being your 4th sig, its quite good. but almost everything can be improved
things to improve:
- lighting and depth (use the burn/dodge tool)
- sharpen the focal, it looks a bit blurry to me.
- text (read some tutorials and learn some good text effects)
- use a different border this one doesnt work well with it

also learn how to use adjustment layers to alter colours make your work stand out more

The biggest mistake is the text effects. The rest can be improved, as SJshah already mentioned.

^^ yea text is always the hardest thing to do (even people I know who are really good at gfx say that). None the less it is very good for your 4th sig. Keep reading tutorials and practising and you will get better. I honestly dont like the border but could just be me.

Looks very good. The only thing that bothers me is that Halo render. It's kinda cliché
