So far can't get clear answer when I'll get my data!? How it possible that my data is on the server witch is blocked by "Law Enforcement Authorities" WTF? Just tall me will you get my dadas and when?? I'm asking here because can't get good answer in support ticket!

We will be updating the license after transferring to the new server....

I told you that one of our server is blocked by law enforcement authorities...because there a customer hosted a bank phishing...We are heaving negotiations with them...How can I tell you exact time when they will release the server...
