im going to buy the game for sure but does ANYONE here have a modded controller that can confirm if they have patched them or not?

I have a modded controller for my 360 so if they still DO work than i will buy it for 360, but if they patched the use of modded controllers i will buy it for PS3 so i would appreciate it if anyone knows?
