It's online 24/7 and replys to people that no one is there to take there request and says when someone will be on it?

Yeah, go for it. Just don't make it annoying. But you can also just set an auto reply on your own msn if people wants to reach you telling them when you're available..

use live zilla. It's far more professional and a record is kept. You only need to have people and clients you know well on MSN. Using MSN is unprofessional really for a hosting company.
