moving forum to different host

can anybody help me move my forum to a different host as i have never doen it before and i need help.

ok i will add you, but main reaosn why i want to move host is becuase my server want let me have rapid shar links.

backup your sql database
backup the complete public_html folder

once you have them 2 things done upload them to your new host
then point your ns. to your new host simple as that :D

To backup and import your database I would suggest using Bigdump

thanks for the help but i'm wondering if you have nulled vB does it allow rapidsharelinks to be posted as mine doesn't sseem to let it at all as when i create a thread witha a rapidshare link it says error cannot be performed
