options:
[-vi] pathname video input file.
[-vo] pathname video output file.
[-vb] num video bit rate (100 to 50000).
[-vs] hh:mm:ss[.xxx] encoding start position. e.g. 00:01:50
[-ve] hh:mm:ss[.xxx] encoding end position. e.g. 00:01:50.
[-vh] num video height (64 to 1920).
[-fm] num video format (psp,3gp,mp4,ipod,flv,mov).
[-vw] num video width (64 to 1920).
[-vc] num video crop area (64 to 1920).
[-vk] num video key frame interval.
[-vf] num video frame rate (1 to 30).
[-vq] num video quality (0 to 9). larger value means better qualily.
[-ab] num audio bit rate in Kbps (32 to 320).
[-ac] num audio channel (1.2).
[-as] num audio sample rate in Hz (11025, 22050, 44100).
[-wf] pathname video watermark file path name (only PNG supported).
[-ws] x1:y1 video watermark settings e.g. 25:25.
