Download mails in the mbox format : https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout?pli=1

Convert it into Maildir format : https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+to+Convert+mbox+Accounts+to+Maildir

And copy to mail directory under the users home directory.
