To be honest.. I like it, it looks very professional. Even though it would be better to show partners in the footer, instead of text grey logo would be better. TOS and Privacy Policy should also be easy to find, footer would be best place for it. Rest of the stuff is ok I guess.

SSL on each page is defiantly not needed. Each page you visit does not need to be secure only when entering contact or personal information is this useful.
 
Oddly you state that its a registered trademark.. but I cannot seem to find anything relating to the registration of Mothionite® Well apparently thats the name.

Care to explain? Because if this isn't actualy a registered trademark or a company you are clealy foolin clients.

 
Maze I'm not trying to make them look bad, but something to this extent is classed as false advertising - which i waned to find out if it is indeed really a registered trademark.

Would you like it if you was going to a hosting company because off the fact its a registered trade mark,and it turned out not to be? instead it was a lie.

Wouldn't you be rather pissed? Because I know I would be.

Thats why I'm asking to confirm it, otherwise it is a bunch of lies.
 
But YOUR not intrested therefore, it does not concern you. Why did you even go check? You was looking for something to bash them about. I don't know who looks for a hosting company anyway, based on just the fact that they have a registered trademark.

Maze, your incorrect - I was not searching for something to bash about, I know so much about many "Web Hosts" here so if I wanted to cause trouble and to bash I could easily put alot to shame, but its not somehing i wish to do.

The reason why I looked into it is due to the fact its plastered everywhere, which initialy made me think about it - later down the line it appears to be false, which the whole "company" << Thats if you wan't to call it that! Is based on a lie, if something like that is lied about, what else do you think they are NOT telling the truth about? Maybe that they use VPS servers instead off Dedicated for there hosting? Who knows... but I wasn't here to bash, I just wanted to find out.
 
@Storming, we are in progress of getting a registered trademark. But it takes ages in The Netherlands. It was up to us to use the symbol yes or no. Need more info? You need WHMCS access? Email access? Thankyou.

Well as l0calh0st earlier said that he is in a process of registering the company in the Netherlands.
We would like to call it as a "company" as we strongly adhere to the ethics and work like strong determined employees. Currently our team is of small number, but hey everyone starts from somewhere. We do not need more as the current staff are highly efficient in carrying out day-to-day tasks in the company. We carry out Business Projections, list out some daily-tasks, etc. like a real life company. We try to inculcate professionalism in our work as much as we can. If we lag somewhere, we overcome it soon.

Thanks for your responses. Also, the fact which Storming stated is right, no one would like to go with a company depicting false information, but rather here it'd be in-process parameter and hence, it wouldn't be total false.

No offence.
