Hello people, me and BlaZe did lots of research about locations around the world. We have good connections with them. We want to know which location you think is best. We have the following:
-Russia
-Ukraine
-Poland
-Sweden
-Turkey

We want to provide Webhosting/Semi-Dedi in one/two of those locations.

We are still trying to build a good relation with Iran, but this isn't really easy lol.

Please vote, tell us why. Please do not mention other countries that are not listed.

Sweden (good connections till now fast)

I don't like Ukraine they have really slow connection

Also maybe Turkey because is between europe and Asia .
 
Russia is overrated and expensive.
Ukraine is also overrated.
Poland.. I was never hosted there, so I have no idea about them. But the truth is, they got some good food products. So I'd vote for them.
Sweden is also overrated.
Turkey is ... I don't know, my friend lives there so I'll ask him about their laws.
 
As per my research, the number of providers in Ukraine are more than Russia.
Sweden comes on 3rd number and then Poland.

Also, I'm still searching for other locations, Bahamas & Jamaica (I've found the DC and contacted them).
 
Bahamas don't have servers. They use PCs as servers -_- and their price is too high, but they are offshore :D

In order of security:
IRAN (NO paypal, no US trade treaty), Russia, Ukraine, Sweeden (PRQ), Poland

I already have a russian node in my reverse proxy service, if you do get a connection in IRAN please do let me know :P
 
Till now :

Bahamas Datacenter - No Warez Linking Allowed
Sweden Datacenters - Some allow Warez Linking and some not
Switzerland Datacenter - Warez Hosting Allowed
Poland Datacenter - Warez Linking Allowed
Russian/Ukraine - Warez Linking Allowed
Turkey - Warez Link not allowed

Wrong. Warez linking is allowed in Turkey. I've told this already to l0calh0st, only if you target audience from Turkey. They'll ban the site through DNS, so even though it's hosted in Turkey or any other country.
People from Turkey wouldn't be able to access it. (But most of the people from there use OpenDNS and Google's DNS so they can access.)

Also, Warez and Pornography isn't a felony in Turkey. They don't take you to the court if you operate or host such Websites. You just can't target people from Turkey.

I know this because my friend is from Turkey.

Yes you are right. I just checked my emails and re-read their reply.

They say Warez is not limited but if they get complain, I'll have to remove it from the server

Russian/Ukraine - Warez Linking Allowed
Turkey - Warez hosting/linking allowed

We have found out that. Sweden and Switzerland are very expensive. We got the best deal with Turkey and Poland.

However, we currently work in Estonia which is great and one of the best network we ever operated from. We simply never get/got a dmca/complain. :D

Wow, then turkey is a great choice...

Any datacenter you'd recommend there?

We are probably going for; Poland, Panama, Turkey

This is what we've planned, it does not mean that we are providing hosting asap :p
