I'll suggest sticking with adfly since choosing other networks have the risks of getting unpaid. Adfly and Linkbucks are decent, and they have the reputation of paying on publishers. Or you can make your own link shortening with full-page ads or i-frame banners.

Site is on for really long time and there are no problems with it as well.

You can't said is a scam because they banned just one user. And you cannot affirm that this guy don't break adfocus tos.
I think they have a great site.
