i need advice how i can monitor website traffic in detail i have seen some sites like histats,statscounter

There are many available. You can use Google Analytics: http://www.google.com/analytics/
Also, if you are on cPanel or Kloxo, Awstats or similar scripts are already there and you can enable them.

GA had real time feature mate, switch to new version and you should see the real time measure in the left sidebar...

The best way to monitor your website's traffic for free is to use Google Analytics which give you industry grade statistics for free. Apart from that, you can use built in facilities in cPanel like Webalizer, Awstats, etc. I suggest that unless you really need to monitor your sales, you shouldn't go for a paid traffic monitoring utility.
