Title says it all.... What would this scene be if every site were the exact same? Imagine if you made a site, and every adjustment you made, every graphic you implemented were copied? It would be pretty boring, our sites wouldn't be unique, and the visitors simply wouldn't get that "cool" this is "my home" feeling when they like that new new they get from being on your community.
Like every great community, there is something that makes it unique, and great for a reason.
So back to what I am talking about. I am sure everyone (for the most part) has been to USAWarez.org & USAWarez.com. Both of the skins are the same, both sites are structured almost typical. Since I brought the .com back to life I have been trying to change the site for the better to be different than that of .org, while co-existing with it. I haven't tried any malicious attempts to degrade their performance, thus resulting in their community suffering. I have simply asked them to stop copying me. I've asked them to be unique. They just don't seem to have a mind of their owns, they continue repeatedly to jock my shit.
Allow me to demonstrate the continuous copying of my implementations on the real USAWarez.
About a month or so ago, USAWarez.org copied everything that I had done down to the very word. I aggressively let them know what was going to happen if it persisted, and they removed my doings. That was a month ago, this is now.........
They are back at it again lol:

Now granted, some of these things are on other sites, and people have the right to see something they like and incorporate it onto their site, but in the way that they have been implemented on UW.org, is pretty funny, considering I make the upgrade, I add the new feature, they COPY the SAME day or a day later.
Now this is a site that is 4* on Katz, they been banned like 2megabillion times for the same thing Over and OVER again, and they can't even come up with their own thing. They don't re-do graphics, and the graphics they re-do are garrrrrbaaagggeee, that's until they complete the restoration process from copying them from me (oh it will happen).
So what's next? They going to copy the newly re-done network (not finished yet btw), they going to copy all my forums, they going to copy the new banner (holding off on this until it's time to drive traffic) from UW, what the fuck (sorry for swearing) are they going to do?
How can anyone make a great community when they don't have a mind of their own??? Are you serious. Look at Katz. Look at Ultima @ WarezScene, look @ NinjaWarez, @ Warez-BB, @WarezLobby, @ PornBB, and so many others, these sites are awesome because of the creators, because the people running them are simply authentic and original and relate to the people in a way that many have a hard time doing.
The people at .org, regardless of the past business fall out that occurred (i don't want to get into it) continue to copy.my.style. They are rated 4 stars, I am rated 1, I make the moves, they copy me, I am ranked higher on Google, they are ranked below, I put more money into my community, more time, more effort, more feeling, they don't do a damn thing. They got 30 frickin MODERATORS!!! ROFL 2k9 pupz rollin over there.
They got it made let me tell you, if only I could have made USAWarez by copying the other USAWarez and then continue to do so repeatedly. I've had enough, this is the warez scene, so all is fair in love and war right? I told them to stop, they didn't I didn't want it to come to this, but they are pushing me to the point. I don't try to start no problems, never have, I just mind my own business. I work on my community, I don't even submit right now, I don't accept affiliations, I don't advertise, I am working on the quality of my site before I dare put it out there again. And these guys whom are jacking my shit, simply sit back and enjoy the free ride.
I worked so hard on this name, I worked so hard on what i've done so far, which may not appear to be much, but it is going great, I'm buying a 4tb seedbox at the end of the month, new graphics are coming in, new mods, new features, for the good of the community that will be soon to come.
