Recently, I've received an e-mail with an offer to submit other site's ad post. Of course, I won't do that for free. Can anyone tell me how much does such an "ad-post" cost?
My site has ~3k unique visits per day, ~10k page views and 1,1k returning visits.

It's really up to you. some people charge $50, some charge $300. Try to see how much they are willing to pay.

You should be very careful what posts you accept, because i can bet that these posts will contain links to other websites.
If you accept posts with links to non-related websites your site can get penalized.

About the price: $25 - $100 per post is reasonable. No one will pay you $300 for just a single post.
