I am not scamming. i can transfer to your account first. After payment received you have to transfer to my account.Iwant this exchange because i am from india. Alerypay does not support for withdraw funds from india.

but if ur using a hacked alert pay and u send me money how do i know it wont be removed from me, is there a holding period i can have?

in order to make sure its not stolen alertpay money?
