Hello,

For more than two weeks I have been experiencing a problem with file conversion.I upload files using the Zoom program. There are no issues with the upload itself to the server. However, very often — even at a total upload speed of only 20 MB/s — the files start processing with an error. It feels as if the files simply do not have enough time to be processed.

You previously reduced the processing limits, but the situation is now significantly worse.

Could you please look into this?

at remote uploads for last 10hours (uploading from own server the files are fine and can download them normally).

Can you please check? Might be some upload server down or smth.
