The familiar HTTP ERROR 429 is at his wildest these last days... Will be ever fixed? Is just painful enough open hundreds of popups, not being able to download the file after that s particularly frustrating...

Sorry but this minimum payment from each payment processor already changes several times for the past few years due to changes of paypal policy and our agreement with exchanger, so it will stick the same for now. You can use BTC or USDT TRC20 for lower payment request.
About tier changes, we will let you know if there is any changes in the future, because tier changes isn't just up to us but also base on adnetwork that we use. Hope you understand that.
