Domain name sucks. The site theme sucks. Logo can be better, get a new favicon.

Remove the katz small button and keep only the big ass button.

dont you agree; shadow effect on text is not necesary? also you can make header space less by reducaing the logo size as mention by tehlolkid; and float the logo next to your logo.
Forums, Members, Shoutbox buttons are useless.

You're missing some site images bro, I would fix the skin or get a new one. Also, no need for 2 Katz banners right next to each other, makes you look bad. Domain is way too long and tbh it sucks. It makes your site look stupid and amateur. The star/badge at the bottom is pretty damn pointless and I would make the text and the bottom smaller and fit in with the site more.
