A few bugs:
Banner is cut off:

You must have a small screen or small resolution. It's broke on any large screen and has a few bugs.

As well as the broken header and background shown above other stuff isn't right like this hover effect which isn't centered vertically

Another example is the drop down menu which has scroll options but shouldn't

In the screenshots you don't seem to have that box, if it's correct then the right side is bugged cause it doesn't end =]
 
guyz i coded the skin.
first of all, its the first the skin that i've coded from a psd. yeah there are bugs. i m still working on it, yeah i know about the header will fix it for all resolutions it works on 1152*864 and lower, and the shadow thing is due to cache problem. i haven't installed any mod to clear the cache. i've removed the shadows but its still showing on some computers :/
@mr.happy the drop down menu is a problem in vBulletin 4's default skin. cause i've used the latest vBulletin 4 version to generate the template and then edit it.
and please read the first post. Free Bugs fixes :p

demo removed. and yeah it can be coded for vB3.8.x
 
Fixed the navbar, and the next and previous thread, did changes in whats going on.The "Mark Forums Read | View Forum Leaders" same as the "next and previous thread", as you can see there is no shadow on footer. I also removed the background image cause that was a heavy image and it makes problem with higher resolution, will try to add a new one.

Header fixed. it does not break in higher resolution.
