vB3 skin wont be out any time soon. i m working on it and its very hard for me as compared to vB4. I might leave it, i cant say any thing right now.

actually the problem is that the PSD is for vBulletin 4 skin. vB3 skin and vB4 skin both are diffrent from each other. and its been very long since i used vB3. i m trying my best & My work is ok till now. i cant say what will happen next.
