For text lovers,I wrote the process below:-

Step 1)

[Notice- They would not charge any money until you are using free tier service, which is free for first 12 Months]
Step 2)
Login to www.aws.amazon.com
Launch a Virtual Machine(EC2)
Step 3)
Search for 'OpenVPN' under "AWS Marketplace" section, select it
on next step, choose instance type: t2.micro, then continue & launch
Step 4)
Connect to your VPS IP address through SSH client(Putty)
login with user: "openvpnas"
Step 5)
Setup OpenVPN Server within 1 minute, by just passing some yes,no,etc.
Step 6)
Set password for OpenVPN user: openvpn
Step 7)
On your browser, visit your VPS IP with https, [format: https://YOUR_VPS_IP , example: https://201.19.48.4 ]
login with user: openvpn & the password you just created in previous Step
Download client profile .ovpn file
Step 8)
Now run OpenVPN GUI app and import that .ovpn file from last Step
Finally connect with your VPN server from your local system/machine
On whatismyipaddress.com check your IP address, it should be same as your VPS current IP address :)
Step 9)
Disconnect OpenVPN app
Allocate an Elastic IP for your VPS instance.
Step 10)
Open .ovpn file (client profile) file in any text editor
and replace OLD_IP addresses with New_IP addresses & save the file
Step 11)
Connect again OpenVPN
You should connected with the new personal IP address.
To allocate+assign another new IP to the VPS, at first deassign the existing IP address.

Repeating last three steps would help you to get unlimited IPs.

Don't forget to release all unused IP addresses.
