Megaupload Deleting Files WTF

I had 57 files a few days ago now I only have 1 file WTF is up has Megaupload been deleting files like crazy the last few days??

I heard Megaupload is going legit so they might have started deleting file like Hotfile did. If they are truly going legit then Megaupload will be dead in 3 months
