Up gradation is not required if you have earning purpose.

To understand why? You have to go through some of the first pages of this thread. Minimum wait time, no file size restriction, all countries counted gives you more downloads then any other hosts so you get maximum money.

Its the way to become an affiliate If some one is not already a member. All those who have free accounts don't need to upgrade to premium.
