The value lies in the quality and not in the quantity of the comments/backlinks I'm delivering. It's not easy to find do-follow and high PR pages to comment on where the comment will stay.

its about the PR not about how many. -_- there is a difference. imo $1 for each link is worth it since he had to take the time in finding such high PR sites. and hes posting manually which is a lot harder to do.
