I think this would be a great idea, as I access wJ and a few other sites at work that require me to use TOR to bypass my companies online filters and blocks. Not to mention the amount of adult content I don't want to be logged or monitored that is on here.

Lastly, we should all be concerned with out privacy and anonymity, especially as this forum seems to revolve around a lot of WAREZ content. Just for all of our safety.

I've had some issues accessing view the TOR browser as wJ told me my IP was banned, but I just got TOR to use another one of its nodes. So anyway to avoid this issue or whitelist all TOR nodes?

I feel this would be very important/critical in today's surveillance state day and age. I'd love to hear every ones thoughts on this, or at least the forum staff?

Thanks,

Dragoz.

Ninjaman Tor got hacked ...... They have all your info .... We dont want the hackers to have wjunction members info ;P

Actually they didn't get "hacked" it is called research my friend. There was suppose to be a talk about it at BlackHat 2014, but it was cancelled and pulled from the program.

You can get an official update from TOR themselves at their official blog: https://blog.torproject.org/

Basically anyone that used TOR from FEB 2014 - JULY 4 2014 should be worried because that's when this event occurred. Nothing to worry about if you were using the TAILS OS though, as I was.

Anyways please do more research before you go around spreading false information like this and misleading people.

I would love to hear more feedback from the community.

White listing all TOR nodes may create problems for us as we don't allow multiple accounts, some accounts may trigger it even though it may not necessarily be a multiple account. Then there's the issue of users who use such services to create accounts and scam.
