So here's something absolutely brilliant. I've been running a dedi draculahosting.com for a few months now. They were.. eh.. lets just say running and irc network let alone just an eggdrop bot was impossible thanks to the frequent network drops with the server. But other than that, they never called for that little tracker I jammed on there.
So about a week ago.. my server drops again, as usual I expect for it to be its routin bullshit it pulls daily. But guess what.. it hasn't came back online yet.
What makes then even better.. their "new" contact page.. 404s.
The one and only page I care about on their site 404s on me.
I've even poked the "Offline live chat" on the site which allows you to send offline messages to them.. guess what, No reply yet.
Of course I am no longer going to pay my bills of them anymore. But they still owe me service.. And I need my bloody backups on my server.
But of course I can't contact them just to get it working again to savage most of my backups. Granted I did do routin backups on my major sites. But there were sites I had in dev which backups arn't as recent along with some irc bots I spent alot of time modding
All in all.. does anyone have a bloody number or some way to contact them to yell at them?
If not.. Then word to the wise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DRACULA HOSTING EVER. [/cruise control for cool]
But of course.. if the person who happens to manage Dracula Hosting is reading this.. If you could reply and fix this problem, I'll definitly edit this post to take out the negative aspects of it
