Hi, i have SEO same problem with two web sites. There is no main keyword in search results, but other keywords releted with main keyword are in 2-3 page on google.
This is example:
Example i have site: "cars.com". There is no my page on google in first 300 pages for keyword "cars", but for keywrod "black cars" its on 2,3 page and lead to "cars.com/blackcars.html".

Sometimes (for 2-3 hours max ) its on 200+ page on google for main keyword "cars" but not lead to "cars.com" main page , it lead to "cars.com/samepage.html".

Any tips or solutions for this problem ?
Thanks

Hello, To get top on google for keyword "cars" you need to optimize your website post's with all related keywords and rank them as "cars" is very competitive niche there are many websites behind it. So, you have to show Google that your website has all related keywords already ranked on top page than Google will see that your website has value and rank your website on top page for keyword "cars". Let me know if you need more help on this.

Okay it seems you have used targeted keywords in both pages somehow. As for example you said for keyword "black cars" its on 2,3 page and lead to "cars.com/blackcars.html". Now I think you have used your targeted keyword in "tag" or "meta description / meta title" elements in both pages. One in your home page and other one in inner page. That's why Google is ranking only one page for that targeted keyword (that is more optimized than homepage and probably has low competition). Another thing is what keyword you are actually targeting? Is that a high competitive keyword? Ranking "one word" keyword like "car" or "cat" is very difficult and also that can't be your targeted keyword. You should target long tail keyword if your sites are new. Once your sites become popular and reputed then you can try to rank short keywords. Hope this helps.

Rightly said. Try implementing the same.
