FTP & zoom speed is near 300-200kbps with NL & FR RDP
what i do now???

I think problem by diff location. I will test on US RDP and let you see after few mins.

Here, it pefect on U.S location. Datacenter said: connection between EU and North America not good at this monment. Maybe broken cable or ISP issue

I think you using EU RDP upload. Try with US location.

Allow. You can change yourself at My Account -> My Account Settings (make sure SECURITY DISABLE)
