Yes, We used BOT for initial conversation, Due to high number of queries both in website support and wj . Now everything working fine. So we just replying manually.

We opened a thread on 12th of this month, And i know there may be some confusion and misunderstanding at start but thats common for any business in initial stage, Hope Now we are much better, Whatever we promised we trying to implement all features. We expecting more webmaster to try our Host. Here is our last 10 days report.

It seems that the discussion may have stopped, and i believe there is still much to explore and gain from continuing it.
